Your investment is pooled with that of all other investors who indicated interest in a project.
We then select the perfect property, commence the acquisition process and finalize the deal with all investors. A seperate entity (SPV: "Special Purpose Vehicle), is created as the owner and manager of the property, with all the investors being shareholders in this company.
We will rent out the property to an employee of one of our member start-ups and rent will be collected monthly.
Once a year, after deduction of all costs, dividends will be paid to each investor on a pro-rate basis.
Once the property is sold, the capital gain is also split amongst all investors.

3. Select an Investment and make an Indication of Interest with the amount you are willing to invest
4. Transfer the funds to the SPV
5. Congrats! You now own a piece of Berlin!
With your investment, you will be a Shareholder of the SPV which owns the appartment you selected.
As such, you have a rightful claim to your share of the assets and profits issued from this investment. At the moment, the only way you will receive a return for your investment is through yearly dividends and under the form of a payback + your share of the gains once the property is exited.
Premature exit is not yet available, but we're looking into it.
